Mary Thomas was born circa 1772 at Connecticut.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Thomas and Mary (?). Mary Thomas died on 23 February 1854 at Mispec, Saint John Co, New Brunswick; The 1851 census shows she was "sick" and a Loyalist. Her death notice showed she was "Miss Mary Thomas, age 83, one of the loyal band of 1783."2,1
