     A. L. "Doc" Mincey was born on 23 October 1911.1 He married Evelyn L. Scott, daughter of Walter A. Scott and Hattie Minnie Ristau.1 A. L. "Doc" Mincey died on 23 May 1969 at New York at age 57.1 He was buried at Burke Center Cemetery (Eastside), Chateaugay, Franklin Co, New York.1
