     Joshua M. Patterson was born on 3 July 1836 at Quebec. He was the son of Jehiel Patterson and Phoebe Ann Hoose. Joshua M. Patterson married Cordelia Waller, daughter of Denison Waller and Love Hurlbut, on 9 November 1865 at Georgia, Franklin Co, Vermont.1,2 Joshua M. Patterson married Ellen L. Darling.3 Joshua M. Patterson died on 29 April 1912 at Georgia, Franklin Co, Vermont, at age 75. He was buried at Georgia Plains Cemetery, Georgia, Franklin Co, Vermont.3
