     Loami L. Patterson was born in October 1843 at Franklin Centre, Huntingdon Co, Quebec; Loami was shown as Henry's father, born Quebec.1 He was the son of Jehiel Patterson and Phoebe Ann Hoose. Loami L. Patterson married Charlotte Fisher before 1864.2 Loami L. Patterson married Amanda J. Stanley, daughter of E.A. Stanley and Roxana Hitchcock, before 1869.3 Loami L. Patterson married Dennice E. White, daughter of Robert White and Martha Davis, on 22 March 1894 at Georgia, Franklin Co, Vermont; It was a 2nd marriage for Loami, 50 yrs old, a mason, b. Franklin QC.4 Loami L. Patterson died on 30 September 1914 at Georgia, Franklin Co, Vermont, at age 70.5 He was buried at Georgia Plains Cemetery, Georgia, Franklin Co, Vermont.5
     He appeared on the census of 1 June 1900 at Fletcher, Franklin Co, Vermont; Loami Patterson was listed as father, aged 56, had come to US in 1870, living with son Henry Patterson, 29 and his wife Dennice, 25, along with his daughter, Hattie, also 25.6
