Fred Clay Card was born on 6 April 1873 at New York.2,1 He married Helena Smith, daughter of Oliver Smith and Adelaide V. Stevenson, on 30 August 1904 at New York.1 Fred Clay Card died on 20 August 1948 at Tulsa, Tulsa Co, Oklahoma, at age 75.
On 12 September 1918, Fred registered for the draft. He had blue eyes and brown hair, with medium height and build. He was 45 yrs old when he registered and was an osteopath physician.2 He appeared on the census of 1920 at Tulsa, Tulsa Co, Oklahoma; Fred Clay Card, 46, Helena S., 52, and daughters Dorothy O., 11 and Ruth A., 10.1
