     Charles H. Partlow was born circa January 1862 at Brandon, Rutland Co, Vermont; The newspaper obituary erroneously gave his birthdate as 7 Aug 1881 when his marriage date in 1881 was 6 Aug 1881. Since he died in 1939, and was 31 at the time of his marriage, and was 79 at the time of death.1,2,3 He was the son of Horatio N. Partlow and Sarah M. Partlow.1 Charles H. Partlow married Maude Barton on 6 August 1881 at Lowell, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts; Charles was a painter, aged 31, b. VT and Maud was 19, b. MA.1,4 Charles H. Partlow died on 26 May 1939 at Nicholville, St Lawrence Co, New York; Charles left behind his wife and six children.1
