     Maria Caroline Scott was born on 10 September 1829 at L'Acadie, St Jean Co, Quebec.1 She was the daughter of Stephen [Etienne] Scott and Appoline Senecal.1 Maria Caroline Scott was baptized on 26 April 1830 at L'Acadie, St Jean Co, Quebec.1 She married Medard Guertin on 24 August 1858 at LaPrairie, Quebec. Maria Caroline Scott was buried on 25 June 1890 at St-Luc, St Jean Co, Quebec.2
