Bertha Gooshaw

     Bertha Gooshaw was born on 27 April 1877 at Stockholm, St Lawrence Co, New York.^2,1 She was the daughter of Joseph Gooshaw and Mary Ann Shampine.¹ Bertha Gooshaw married James Beggs on 12 May 1895 at Nicholville, St Lawrence Co, New York.² Bertha Gooshaw died on 23 May 1960 at Potsdam Hospital, Potsdam, St Lawrence Co, New York, at age 83.² She was buried on 25 May 1960 at Hopkinton-Fort Jackson Cemetery, St Lawrence Co, New York; The pastor of the Brasher Falls Methodist church officiated at the ceremony. She was survived by two sons, Fred of Potsdam and Warren of West Chazy.²
