Thomas Rexford1

Thomas Rexford was born circa 1846 at Nova Scotia.1 He married Sarah Permelia Salls, daughter of Hix Salls and Mary Permelia Curtis, before 1871 at New York.1 Thomas Rexford married Emma (?) circa 1886 at New York.2 Thomas Rexford died on 10 July 1913 at I.O.O.F Home, Lockport, Niagara Co, New York; Mr. Rexford was well known in Norwood, his old home. He went to Syracuse where he resided for the last 25 years. He was 65 years old. Besides his widow, Mrs. Emily Rexford of Lockport, NY, one daughter, Mrs. E.D. Bennett, and one son, Robert Rexford, of Syracuse.3
He appeared on the census of 1880 at Norwood, St Lawrence Co, New York; Thomas Rexford, 34, b. Nova Scotia, Brakeman on the RR, Amelia S., 28, Carrie, 9, Fred L., 7 and Robert H., 1.4 He appeared on the census of 5 June 1900 at Syracuse, Onondaga Co, New York; Thomas Rexford, 50, b. Canada, Emma 49, b. NY, and Fred, 26, b. NY. They were married 1886. They had no children between them.2
