Lester Bishop1

Lester Bishop was born in January 1849 at Pennsylvania.1 He married Rosella Tallman, daughter of Richard Tallman and Rosina Irish, in 1888 at Lisbon, Ransom Co, North Dakota.2,1 Lester Bishop died on 30 November 1924 at Chetek, Barron Co, Wisconsin, at age 75; Lester's obituary reads that he was born in Pennsylvania and came to Wisconsin very early after his marriage to Rosella. He left his wife and nine children to mourn.2 He was buried on 3 December 1924 at Lake View Cemetery, Chetek, Barron Co, Wisconsin.2
He appeared on the census of 14 June 1900 at Otter Creek, Dunn Co, Wisconsin; Lester Bishop, 51, b. Pennsylvania, Rose, 30, Burton, 10, Martin, 8, Herbert, 7, Lord, 4, Ruth, 2, and Elsie, 1 month, all born Wisconsin.1
