Catherine Young was born on 11 December 1798 at Caldwell's Manor, (now Missisquoi Co), Quebec. She was the daughter of Jacob Young and Catherina Brust. Catherine Young was baptized on 13 February 1799 at Caldwell's Manor, Quebec.1
