William Whelpley

     William Whelpley was born circa 1806 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick. He was the son of William Whelpley and Mabel Thomas. William Whelpley died on 16 April 1873 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick; His death was noted in the newspaper: d. Wednesday 16th inst., William WHELPLEY, age 69. Funeral Friday 18th inst., 4 o'clock, from residence of Jacob Hughes, No. 4 Celebration St., Portland (St. John).¹ He was buried on 18 April 1873 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.¹
