     Mabel A. Hickey was born on 11 February 1893 at Houlton, Aroostook Co, Maine.1 She was the daughter of John Hickey and Caroline L. Daley.1 Mabel A. Hickey married John A. Armstrong on 17 June 1909 at Houlton, Aroostook Co, Maine; John Armstrong was aged 27, a resident of Fredericton, New Brunswick and a laborer, while Mabel was aged 20, and a resident of Woodstock.2 Mabel A. Hickey died on 1 June 1984 at Laconia, Belknap Co, New Hampshire, at age 91.
