Nieman was born circa 1827 at Germany.1 He married Harriet Eugenia McCulloch, daughter of Nathaniel McCulloch and Sarah M Salls, on 21 September 1882 at Rochester, Monroe Co, New York; Henry Nieman was 55 yrs old, of Peterboro, New Hampshire, and this was his 4th marriage. Hattie was 21 years old, bor New Lebanon, New York, and it was her 2nd marriage. They were married by J.S. Maynard.1,2
