Louis V of France1

     Louis V of France was born circa 967.1 He married Adelaide of Anjou, daughter of Fulk II and Gerberge du Maine, in 982 at Briode; Louis was fifteen years old and Adelaide was thirty-three and on her third marriage—and they had no children together. She soon divorced him and fled his house in 984 to Arles.1 Louis V of France died on 21 May 987 at France; While hunting boar near the town of Senlis, Oise, he fell, suffered cranial bleeding, and after a seizure died on May 21.1
