     Phebe Salls was born on 29 May 1799 at Quebec; There is no distinct indication that Phebe is a daughter of Hix Salls, but it is certainly likely.2,1 She was the daughter of Hix Salls and Mary Briggs.1 Phebe Salls married William Winchester on 13 April 1820 at Dunham, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.3,4 Phebe Salls died on 5 January 1882 at Georgetown, Ottawa Co, Michigan, at age 82.2,1 She was buried at Georgetown Cemetery, Georgetown, Ottawa Co, Michigan.2,1
