Enoch Wood was born on 5 November 1766 at Falmouth, Hants Co, Nova Scotia.¹ He was the son of Nehemiah Wood and Elizabeth Hovey. Enoch Wood married Elizabeth North, daughter of John North and Mary West. Enoch Wood died on 8 September 1822 at Cornwallis, Kings Co, Nova Scotia, at age 55.²
