Arlotta Covey was born circa 1778 at Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont. She was the daughter of Samuel Covey and Anna Susannah Mitchell. Arlotta Covey married Jacob Young, son of Jacob Young and Catherina Brust, circa 1803. Arlotta Covey died on 26 March 1865 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.¹ She was buried on 28 March 1868 at St Thomas' Cemetery, Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.²
