She married Lewis Wood on 29 July 1593 at Nuneaton, Warwick, England.¹ Margaret Holmes died before 29 October 1598 at Nuneaton, Warwick, England.¹ She was buried on 29 October 1598 at Nuneaton, Warwick, England; Although th eburial refers to "Alice" wife of Lewis Wood, it is likely this is the mother of Edward Wood, as their is no death for a Margaret and no remarriage for Lewis to an Alice.¹
