Guillaume I de Fiennes was born circa 1175. He was the son of Enguerrand I de Fiennes and Sibyl de Boulogne (de Tingry). Guillaume I de Fiennes married Agnes de Dammartin, daughter of Alberic II de Dammartin and Maud of Clermont, circa 1196. Guillaume I de Fiennes died circa 1241.
