     Julia A. Currier was born in February 1825 at Quebec; died aged 83 yrs 4 months and 7 days. She was the daughter of Louis Cayez and Angele Gauthier. Julia A. Currier married Gilbert Yearns Covey, son of Archibald Covey and Susanna Hall, on 13 January 1845 at Sherbrooke, Sherbrooke Co, Quebec; Cathedral of St Michel. Julia A. Currier died on 22 June 1908 at Methuen, Essex Co, Massachusetts, at age 83; MA Cert of Death, 22 June 1908 - Reg. #94. She was buried at Lawrence, Essex Co, Massachusetts. She was buried on 24 June 1908 at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Lawrence, Essex Co, Massachusetts.1
     The Lawrence Eagle Tribune carried an obituary for Julia A. Covey: " Mrs. Julia A. Covey passed away Monday night at her late home, 116 Railroad Street, Methuen, aged 83 years.
The deceased was born in Canada, but had resided in Methuen for many years. She is survived by two daughters and two sons.
The funeral will take place Thursday at 9 a.m. from St Anne's Church. Interment will be in the Immaculate Conception cemetery."
