Harriet L. Washburn1

     Harriet L. Washburn was born on 28 August 1830 at Waterloo, Quebec.1 She married Marshall Kelley, son of John Marvin Kelley and Elizabeth Covey. Harriet L. Washburn died on 14 April 1911 at Franklin Co, New York, at age 80.1,2 She was buried at Maple Hill Cemetery, Bangor, Franklin Co, New York.1
