Stephen Covey was born circa 1827 at Quebec. He was the son of Daniel Miles Covey and Mary (?). Stephen Covey married Eliza Jane Partlow, daughter of James Partlow and Elenore Van Dyke, on 1 January 1850 at Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont. Stephen Covey died circa 1866.
