Eliza Jane
Partlow was born on 7 October 1826.
1 She was the daughter of
James Partlow and
Elenore Van Dyke. Eliza Jane Partlow was baptized on 6 September 1842 at
Caldwell's Manor, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; James Partlow was a shoemaker and the family was living in Foucault at the time of teh baptism.

Stephen Covey, son of
Daniel Miles Covey and
Mary (?), on 1 January 1850 at
Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont. Eliza Jane Partlow married
John Vosburgh on 8 September 1867 at
Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont; Alburgh Vital Records. Eliza Jane Partlow died on 7 June 1886 at
Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont, at age 59.
2 Stephen Covey, wife Eliza and family were residing in Alburgh in 1860. After Eliza's marriage to John Vosburgh, they moved to Mooers, Clinton County, New York. By 1870, Miles, Daniel and Eliza C. were no longer living with her. She appeared on the census of 1880 at
Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont, Eliza J., then 50, was the head of household to four of her children: Anna, 18; Elmira, 16; Charles H., 22; and "Steven", 21. (National Archives Film #T9-1344 Page 338C).
