Sarah Lewis was born on 11 March 1754 at Windham, Windham Co, Connecticut. She was the daughter of Timothy Lewis and Sarah Austin. Sarah Lewis married Jeremiah Center on 23 November 1774 at Ashfield, Franklin Co, Massachusetts. Sarah Lewis died after 1813.
