James Gilbert Lester

     James Gilbert Lester was born on 28 January 1800 at New Brunswick.1 He married Martha Bennett Bullock, daughter of James Bullock and Patience Hammond, on 24 July 1821 at St Luke's (Grace) Church, Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick; They were married by Rev. Robert Willis, Martha was mentioned as first daughter of the late James Bullock, Magaguadavick, Charlotte Co.2,3,1 James Gilbert Lester died on 21 December 1867 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick, at age 67; He was living at 68 Charlotte Street, Saint John, and was 68 years old.4 He was buried on 24 December 1867 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.4
