Mary Campbell McDonald1

     Mary Campbell McDonald married James Pickett Payne Lester, son of James Gilbert Lester and Martha Bennett Bullock, on 14 March 1850 at Glasgow, Scotland; James was referenced to as Esquire, Surgeon, of Saint John. Mary was said to be the daughter of John McDonald, Esquire, formerly of Saint John, and she was his only daughter.1 Mary Campbell McDonald died on 4 September 1865 at Kirkpatrick, Durham, Scotland.2
