George Lucas was born on 29 January 1836 at Thurlow, Hastings Co, Ontario.1 He was the son of Sarah Tryon.1 George Lucas married Elizabeth Asatasi Palmateer on 14 December 1860 at Hastings Co, Ontario.2 George Lucas died on 6 April 1916 at Marmora, Hastings Co, Ontario, at age 80; George had died of influenza after a duration of only two days.1
