Samuel Marble

     Samuel Marble was born on 12 February 1647/48; While Samuel's, and several of his brothers, parentage has been questioned over many years, lineages have shown them as children of John and Judith for about two centuries. Early Andover tax records show Samuel, John and Joseph near to each other.
Also, both Samuel and Joseph were known to be bricklayers. He was the son of John Marble and Judith (?).¹ Samuel Marble married Rebecca Andrews, daughter of Robert Andrews and Grace Melburn, on 26 November 1675 at Andover, Essex Co, Massachusetts; Samuel Marble wa sa widower when he married Rebecca.² Samuel Marble died circa 1720 at Salem, Essex Co, Massachusetts.
