     Uriah Mandigo was born on 23 December 1841 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec. He was the son of William Copp Mandigo and Catherine Amanda Fadden. Uriah Mandigo was baptized on 22 January 1843 at St Armand, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 He married Edith Salls, daughter of Isaac Salls Jr. and Mary Melissa Derick, on 15 October 1862 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 Uriah Mandigo died on 1 January 1904 at age 62; Family Bible record from Mrs. John Edson Mandigo, 1991.
     He appeared on the census of 21 June 1870 at Burke, Franklin Co, New York; Uriah Mandigo 28, wife "Adeth" 26 along with their children Elsworth, 6, Daniel, 4 and Georgianna, 2, were living next door to Charles Percy in Burke.3
