     Elmira Eleanor Douglas was born on 26 March 1833 at Lacolle, Iberville Co, Quebec.1 She was the daughter of Reuben Douglas and Mary Ann Young.1 Elmira Eleanor Douglas was baptized on 15 March 1834 at Odelltown Methodist, Odelltown, Iberville Co, Quebec.1 She married John Christopher Kennedy. Elmira Eleanor Douglas died on 7 September 1916 at Sharon, Fayette Co, Illinois, at age 83.2
