     William Henry Douglas was born on 9 November 1835 at Lacolle, Iberville Co, Quebec.1 He was the son of Reuben Douglas and Mary Ann Young.1 William Henry Douglas was baptized on 17 February 1841 at Odelltown Methodist, Odelltown, Iberville Co, Quebec.1 He married Florence Jemima Robins.2 William Henry Douglas died on 20 November 1922 at Ontario at age 87.2 He was buried at Bear Creek Cemetery, Brigden, Lambton Co, Ontario.2
