     Brice Shepherd was born in 1813.1 He married Prudence Anne Wait, daughter of Alva Wait and Elsie (?), circa 1856.1 Brice Shepherd died in October 1867 at Rochester, Fulton Co, Indiana.1 He was buried at Rochester IOOF Cemetery, Rochester, Fulton Co, Indiana.1
