     Oscar F. Partlow was born on 29 June 1842 at Quebec.1 He was the son of Joseph M. Partlow and Nancy A. Scott. Oscar F. Partlow married Mary Louisa Colton, daughter of William Colton and Mary Scott.1 Oscar F. Partlow died on 3 October 1919 at Woodburn, Marion Co, Oregon, at age 77.1 He was buried on 5 October 1919 at Belle Passi Cemetery, Woodburn, Marion Co, Oregon.1
     He and Mary Louisa Colton appeared on the census of 17 June 1880 at Cedar, Cherokee Co, Iowa; Oscar Partlow, 35, Mary, 30, both b. Canada, Joseph, 10, b. New York, and Minnie, 8, b. Iowa.2
