Joseph M. Partlow was born on 15 March 1822 at Quebec.1 He married Nancy A. Scott, daughter of William Scott and Prudence Covey, circa 1841. Joseph M. Partlow died on 28 May 1890 at Indiana at age 68.1 He was buried at Lowery Cemetery, Fishers, Hamilton Co, Indiana.1

Partlow, 59, and Nancy, 57, both born Canada.3
