Nancy A. Scott was born on 28 March 1822 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.¹ She was the daughter of William Scott and Prudence Covey. Nancy A. Scott was baptized on 29 August 1832 at Clarenceville, Missisiquoi Co, Quebec.¹ She married Joseph M. Partlow circa 1841. Nancy A. Scott died circa 1905 at Oregon.
She appeared on the census of 5 June 1900 at Althouse, Josephine Co, Oregon; Nancy A. Partlow was living with Joseph Seyferth and his family. She was listed as 74 years old, a widow, and having had five children, all still living. She was the grandmother of Joseph's wife, May Oswald, 23, born Iowa.²
