     William Howard was born on 26 September 1696 at Little Compton, Newport Co, Rhode Island. He was the son of Matthew Howard Sr and Mary Case. William Howard married Mary Parker on 14 November 1723 at Rochester, Plymouth Co, Massachusetts.1 William Howard married Mary Tallman on 26 September 1739 at Rochester, Plymouth Co, Massachusetts.1 William Howard died at Rochester, Plymouth Co, Massachusetts. He died on 6 February 1790 at Sturbridge, Worcester Co, Massachusetts, at age 93.1
