John Wilmot Leonard

     John Wilmot Leonard was born on 28 February 1881 at United States; Most records point to about 1883 for his birth, as well as census records indicate he was born in the US, probably New York, like his sister. His death certificate says he was born in Saint John.¹ He was the son of Charles Leonard and Clara J. Hampton. John Wilmot Leonard married Gladys May Chandler on 3 February 1913.² John Wilmot Leonard died on 5 December 1958 at Saint John General Hospital, Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick, at age 77; His residence was listed as Riverview drive, which used to be Water Street. He may be living in the hoe of his parents.¹ He was buried on 8 December 1958 at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery, Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.¹
