     Elizabeth Hart Bigham was born before 1849 at County Down, Ireland.1 She was the daughter of Andrew Bigham and Ann Stranaghan. Elizabeth Hart Bigham married Charles McMahon, son of Charles McMahon, on 18 October 1870 at Drumgath Parish, County Down, Ireland; Charles McMahon was of Dromore and Essy Hart was of Drumarkin. Witnesses were his father and her sister, Martha Jane.2 Elizabeth Hart Bigham died between 1901 and 1911 at Dromore, County Down, Ireland.3
      As of 18 October 1870, Elizabeth Hart Bigham was also known as Essy Hart.
