Elizabeth Derick

     Elizabeth Derick was born on 8 September 1815 at Christie's Manor, Missisquoi Co, Quebec. She was the daughter of William Derick and Melinda Hurlbut. Elizabeth Derick was baptized on 25 February 1816 at Caldwell's Manor, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; Caldwell's Manor & Christie's Manor Anglican Church. She married John Keet, son of Jonathan Keet and Sarah Lamb, on 12 March 1843.¹ Elizabeth Derick died on 3 August 1898 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec, at age 82. She was buried at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; St Thomas's Cemetery.
