Lany Derick was baptized on 19 May 1816 at Caldwell's Manor, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 She married John Benjamin Hall on 22 September 1839 at Caldwell's Manor, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; Caldwell's Manor & Christie's Manor Anglican Church. Lany Derick died on 9 March 1849 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec, at age 32; Clarenceville Methodist Church.3,4 She was buried on 10 March 1849 at 3rd Concession Cemetery, Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.4
