     Ella Emerline Salls was born on 20 December 1858 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 She was the daughter of Merritt Alonzo Salls and Lydia Maria Young. Ella Emerline Salls was baptized on 26 March 1863 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 She married Lester Hall, son of Richard Hall, on 31 March 1883 at Auburn, Rockingham Co, New Hampshire.3 Ella Emerline Salls died on 4 January 1936 at Lakeland, Polk Co, Florida, at age 77.4 She was buried at Auburn, Rockingham Co, New Hampshire.
     She appeared on the census of 20 January 1920 at Lakeland, Polk Co, Florida; Ella E. Hall, 60, widowed, naturalized citizen who entered in 1870, b. Canada.5
