     William Tryon Jr. was born on 13 October 1813 at Quebec. He was the son of William Tryon and Sarah Scott. William Tryon Jr. married Lucinda Slosson, daughter of Anson Slosson and Betheda Stowe, on 23 January 1843. William Tryon Jr. died on 8 May 1883 at Condon's Corners, Moira, Franklin Co, New York, at age 69.1 He was buried at Moira Cemetery, Moira, Franklin Co, New York.
     He appeared on the census of 15 August 1850 at Moira, Franklin Co, New York; William Tryon, 36, Lucina, 30, Marion, 5, Bethea, 4, Washington, 2, and Ambrose S., 11 months. They were enumerated next to William's brother, Philander Tryon and his family as well as his sister, Mary M. Salls and her family.2 He appeared on the census of 9 June 1880 at Moira, Franklin Co, New York; William was listed as aged 66, born Canada, father born CT and mother born Canada. Lucinda was aged 61, listed as born NY, as well as her parents.3
