Cyrus Stowe

     Cyrus Stowe was born on 15 October 1827 at Weybridge, Vermont.¹ He was the son of Jason Stowe.¹ Cyrus Stowe married Betheda Tryon, daughter of William Tryon Jr. and Lucinda Slosson, on 28 October 1896 at Moira, Franklin Co, New York; The marriage was performed by Rev. C.H. Walton at the home of er brother, Washington Tryon. Cyrus Stowe was of Son Prairie, Wisconsin and Betheda was of Moira.² Cyrus Stowe was buried at Moira Cemetery, Moira, Franklin Co, New York.³
     He appeared on the census of 19 April 1910 at Sun Prairie, Dane, Wisconsin; CyrsStowe, 83, Betheda, 69, both b. NY, had been married 13 years. It was his second marriage and her first. They had no children.⁴
