     Oscar F. Tryon was born circa 1854 at Missisquoi Co, Quebec. He was the son of John T. Tryon and Adelaide Ann Billings. Oscar F. Tryon married Ella Smith on 3 May 1880 at Kansas City, Wyandotte Co, Kansas. Oscar F. Tryon died after 1920.1
     He appeared on the census of 1900 at Topeka, Shawnee Co, Kansas; Austin Tryon, 45, b. Canada, wife Ellen, 36, b. NY, Gertrude, 18 and son Jessie, 16, both b. Kansas.2 He appeared on the census of 1920 at Burlington, Burlington Co, New Jersey; Oscar F. Tryon, 65, b. Canada, Elsie E., 54, b. NY.1
