Anderson Simpson

     Anderson Simpson was born circa 1810 at New York.1,2 He married Sarah Tryon, daughter of David Tryon Jr and Jane Crawford, on 2 May 1846 at Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont; Anderson Simpson was of Saratoga, and Sarah was of Clarenceville.3 Anderson Simpson died on 31 December 1865 at Saint Lawrence Co, New York; He was aged 55 years.2 He was buried at Brookdale Cemetery, Stockholm, St Lawrence Co, New York; He was buried in Lot 189, Section C. Row 8.2
     He appeared on the census of 16 July 1860 at Stockholm, St Lawrence Co, New York; Anderson Simpson, 49, b. NY, Sarah, 37, b. Canada, Jane A., 12, David, 9. Rebecca, 7 and Betsey, 3, all b. NY. They seemed to have Tryon relatives all nearby in Stockholm as many were enumerated on the same page.1
