Florence Austin

     Florence Austin was born on 23 February 1857 at Dickinson, Franklin Co, New York. She was the daughter of Eleazer Austin and Celia (?).¹ Florence Austin married Sidney M. Tryon, son of Julius Tryon and Charlotte Cary, on 15 August 1877 at Moira, Franklin Co, New York. Florence Austin died on 2 January 1941 at Moira, Franklin Co, New York, at age 83; Flora "died at her home...as the result of pneumonia...Most of her life was spent in Moira where Mr. Tryon owned a large farm and dealt in farm equipment." " Mrs. Tryon was was born in the town of Dickinson nearly 84 years agoand was educated in the schools of Dickinson, Brushton and Potsdam. Her husband was a well know farmer and dealt extensively in wagons, sleighs, and farm equipment.
