     George Marshall Young was born on 31 August 1855 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec. He was the son of John Young Jr. and Margaret Stewart. George Marshall Young was baptized on 6 July 1856 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 He married Mary Melissa Collins, daughter of William Collins and Cornelia Elizabeth Young, on 18 October 1882 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; Clarenceville Methodist Church. George Marshall Young died on 29 April 1947 at Quebec at age 91.2 He was buried at Union Cemetery, Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.3
