Ora F. P.
Tryon was born on 9 July 1834 at
Quebec. He was the son of
Abel Tryon and
Sarah Lewis. Ora F. P. Tryon married
Susan O. Rounds, daughter of
Moses Rounds and
Sophia (?), on 9 August 1866 at
Lyons Twp., Ionia Co, Michigan.
1 Ora F. P. Tryon died on 20 April 1881 at
Lyons Twp., Ionia Co, Michigan, at age 46; MI Vital Records, Ionia County, Book A, p. 180. Ora's estate was probated 13 June 1881. He held property in Grand Ledge, Eaton County, Township of Oneida, which was sold at auction to satisfy estate costs. All this information came from Sandy Heintzelman of Ionia County, MI in October 2000. This writer can not locate her e-mail address.
About 1865, Ora had gone to Muir, Michigan and settled a farm there. His brother Myron and sister soon followed.
