John Nicole Moir

M, b. 28 May 1835, d. 24 June 1905
     John Nicole Moir was born on 28 May 1835; Georgeville Methodist Church. He was baptized on 30 April 1865. He married Emily Almeda Tryon, daughter of Daniel Tryon Jr. and Amy Almeda Wait, on 29 September 1863 at Stanstead, Stanstead Co, Quebec.1 John Nicole Moir died on 24 June 1905 at age 70.
     He appeared on the census of January 1881 at Stanstead, Stanstead Co, Quebec; John N. Moir, 47 of Scottish descent, Emma Moir, 37 of English descent, along with daughter Ella, 14. They were Wesleyan Methodist and all born Quebec.2
